Formif keeps cookies to a minimum: only what it takes to sign you in and remember your language. We use no advertising or tracking cookies and we do not sell what we collect.
These cookies are required for the site and app’s essential functions and are set without consent. formif_locale — set when you pick a language in the switcher and kept for one year, so formif.com opens in that language on your next visit. Session and authentication cookies — keep you signed in to the app and protect against cross-site request forgery.
The app remembers choices such as your selected view, collapsed panels and dismissed notices in your browser’s local storage. They are written only when you use the relevant feature and are not used to track you.
We measure page views and performance with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They set no cookies and store nothing on your device: a visit is recognised by a hash of the request that resets every 24 hours and cannot be traced back to you. What we see are totals — pages, referrers, countries, devices and load times — never individuals. Because nothing is stored on your device, no consent is needed and no cookie banner is shown.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will sign you out of the app and stop your language choice from being remembered. We use no cookies that require consent. If that ever changes, we will ask before setting any and update this page first.
Payment pages are served by Stripe and Mollie, which set their own cookies under their own policies. Storage providers you connect — SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox — do the same when you sign in to them.
