These terms govern your use of Formif ("we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
Terms of Service
The conditions that apply between the parties when you use Formif.

The service
Formif is a hosted platform for creating forms, managing records, automating tasks, generating documents and invoicing. What each plan includes is set out on the pricing page. We develop the product continuously. We may add, change or retire features; where a change materially reduces what a paid plan does, we will give you 30 days' notice.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping credentials safe, and for the people you invite to your workspace. Tell us promptly at info@formif.com if you think an account has been compromised. You must be able to enter a contract, and you may not use Formif if we have previously closed your account for breach.
Acceptable use
Do not use Formif to break the law, to store or distribute material you have no right to, to attack or overload the service or anyone else through it, to reverse engineer it beyond what the law expressly permits, or to resell access without our agreement. We may suspend an account that is causing damage or breaking the law, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented.
Your content
What you put into Formif is yours. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service for you: to store, process, transmit and back up that content. You can export your records as PDF, Excel or CSV at any time, on any plan, and take files from whichever storage you connected.
Fees
Paid plans are billed per active member, monthly or yearly, in advance. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Yearly plans are billed for the year. If a payment fails we may suspend the paid features after notice. Refunds are handled case by case; nothing here limits any statutory withdrawal right you may have as a consumer.
Availability
We work to keep Formif available and to warn you before planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted service on the standard plans. Any committed service level is set out separately in an Enterprise agreement.
Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.
Ending it
You may close your account at any time. We may end this agreement on 30 days' notice, or immediately for a material breach that is not put right. After closure you have 30 days to export your data, after which we delete it in line with the privacy notice.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory protection you have where you live.
